Support & contact
A real person reads every message. Typical reply: within 2 business days.
The fastest way to reach us is email. There is no support account to create and no ticket portal to log into — just write, and include the details listed below so we can help on the first reply.

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase billed by Apple or Google, not by us.
How to fix itWhat to include in a bug report
We cannot see your device or your data, so the details below are what make a bug fixable rather than guessable:
- Your phone model and OS version (for example, iPhone 13, iOS 18.4).
- The CivPass version, shown at the bottom of the upgrade screen.
- What you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual.
- For a wrong answer: the question text and the subject, so we can find the exact item.
Purchases, restores, and refunds
CivPass Pro is a single ₱99 in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and it does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Reinstalled, or moved to a new phone? Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore purchase, signed into the same Apple Account or Google account that bought it. The unlock is tied to that store account, not to a CivPass login.
- Paid but still locked? Confirm the store account, then tap Restore purchase. If it still will not unlock, email us with your store receipt and we will work through it with you.
- Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, because we never touch your payment details. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play’s refund request flow. If a store declines and you think that is wrong, write to us and we will help make the case.
Deleting your data
Everything CivPass stores — your answers, bookmarks, progress, exam date and Pro flag — is held on your device only. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. There is no server-side copy for us to erase, and no account to close. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
